“I am a Solution Focused Therapist, Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist. I trained at the Clifton Practice - Hampshire, the leading national training school for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Here l achieved the highly respected Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH).

Before l qualified as a Therapist, l spent over 25 years working in education as a Montessori teacher, working in London and Henley before opening my own Montessori School in Oxford. I spent many years supporting young people and their families with different individual needs.

I live in Newbury with my husband and two children. I enjoy walking, reading, listening to music and exploring new places. 

Becoming a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist felt like a natural progression for me. Solution Focused Therapy focuses upon the positive aspects of life. No matter how challenging, upsetting or confusing a person’s situation or experiences may be for them, the sessions are always optimistic and future focused. I will work with you to create lasting solutions and to become the best version of yourself.I feel privileged to be part of each client’s journey.
